Winter Weather Gianna Storm Update, Sunday, Feb. 2nd, 2026
Due to continued extreme cold weather conditions from Winter Storm Gianna, we are adjusting our starting schedule for Tuesday, February 3rd. The office and plant operations will start at 9am on Tuesday. This will allow all employees to arrive at work in the daylight and also allow some warming to reduce the risk of ice or other hazards when transiting to the company facilities.
Please use caution and care when driving to work and when walking on the property due to the possibility of slippery conditions.
If severe weather impacts our work schedule (delays, early dismissals, or closures), decisions will be made based on employee safety, road conditions, and facility operations. Any schedule changes will be communicated through the Sturdy Employee Portal.
